Introductory to SUP lessons
Learn the basics that will get you paddling proficiently and safely. This lesson is required before renting boards and attending SUP Fitness, SUP Yoga and SUP tours. Please call to schedule.

Intro SUP lessons for a Group of 4, $120 The Big Kahuna
This package include an intro lesson, paddle tour and a demo of a variety of boards. We will teach proper SUP technique, SUP safety, provide an one hour plus paddle tour. In addition, you will be able to try several different style of paddleboards (race, tour and surf). Approx. 2 hours.

4 SUP Yoga classes, $60
8 SUP Yoga Classes, $120
All SUP Yoga packages are nonrefundable.
SUP Rental packages.**
1 Hour SUP Rental. $20
*All 1 hr. rentals are prepay at time of reservation. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, full refund if cancelled 24 hours before reservation. Sameday reservations are also prepay at time of reservation and are non-refundable. $100 rental packages are nonrefundable.
